Olympiakos narrowed the gap separating it from Super League leader Panathinaikos to just two points on Sunday.

The Reds scored a precious 2-0 win at PAOK thanks to goals by Djamel Abdoun and Kevin Mirallas in the first half, making the most of Panathinaikos’s surprise loss at Livadia on Saturday evening.

Levadiakos beat the Greens 1-0, courtesy of a Paschalis Melissas header seven minutes from time that brought about the second loss this season for the league leaders, whose fans engaged in clashes with police afterward.
